Right to Refuse Vehicle Donations Policy:

In the best interest of the nationwide charitable nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations we assist, we at Charity Help USA have a policy that allows us to reserve the right to decline certain vehicle donations based on criteria established by Charity Help USA.

*Disclaimer: If the donor doesn’t provide proper, valid paperwork for the donation, the donor will lose the rights to claim any tax deduction (clearly stated on the IRS conditions to donate property).
